Smart Store


The Smart Store formed a key part of Specsavers’ Annual Partner Conference, attended by 1,500 partners and senior managers including founder John Perkins.


To create a smart store to engage and seek feedback from 1500 staff and company partners, providing an experience to showcase future technologies with the objective of enhancing customer experience.

Our approach

We built a dynamic space to showcase 8 futuristic solutions. A key theme was interactive technology. As part of the store we created an interactive mirror display, which allowed customers to scan specs on an RFID scanner to receive recommendations on alternative products. A multi touch table used object recognition to recommend specific products and provide eye care information.
