Pets at Home are the largest pet supplies retailer in the UK. When they embarked upon a store concept transformation project they placed experience and interaction at the heart of their customer journey.

Working alongside their in-house team and agency Briggs Hillier, MediaZest designed, built and installed digital signage solutions to help meet these requirements as one element of the new store design.

From the initial concept store at Stockport, winner of “Store of the Year – Large Format” at the Retail Week Awards 2020, we have supplied solutions to over 50 stores with a variety of use cases, sizes and functions that evolves as the project grows.

The all share a common infrastructure and content management system which allows for efficient, regular content updates to keep the messaging fresh and impactful. MediaZest works alongside Pets at Home’s existing creative agency teams to turn static campaign content into digital assets in a cost-effective manner to ensure the digital signage has maximum impact.

Once installed, remote diagnostics and support systems with our nationwide team of service engineers provide ongoing support and maintenance to make sure everything works as it should.
