Background

Ted Baker needed to simplify the management of content across their retail estate and looked to MediaZest to recommend a content management solution that would overcome the issues they had been experiencing to date. Following a successful trial in London, we were asked to roll out the concept across their key trading markets.

Challenge

To manage the distribution of customer facing content to ensure continuity across the Ted Baker retail and office network globally, from a single central location.

Our approach

Due to its scalability & reliability, we recommended The Scala content management system. Following the trial  London location, we developed a cost-effective phased roll out programme incorporating The UK, Europe, USA, China & The UAE.
