Our challenge was to help the brand redefine the sector through customer centred experience, which crosses both physical and digital engagement.

Our approach

Working with leading design agency Four By Two we translated this brief into an audio visual experience which encompasses a wide range of technologies including an LED ribbon, a five screen mirror wall, an object recognition touch table and interactive video wall – all powered by a centralised content management system. Facial detection cameras have been placed strategically throughout the space to monitor customer demographic, emotions & footfall.
